In order to manage the Partnership correctly and provide partner approach, members have set the system of internal managing activities undertaken within the Project:

Administrator of the Project - which is Women's Rights Center. The task of this body is national and transnational coordination of the Project. The body consist of:

• Coordinator of the Project
• Deputy of the Coordinator of the Project - responsible for the national cooperation
• Transnational Coordinator
• Coordinator of activities undertaken in Łódź
• Coordinator of activities undertaken in Lubliniec
• Coordinator of cooperation with Employers
• Coordinator of activities undertaken in the field of "Reintegration to the labour market"
• Coordinator of activities undertaken in the field of "Psychological support"
• Finanse Coordinator.

Forum of Partners - consist of representatives of all Partners. Competences od this body are:

• to specify common strategy of undertaken actions
• to hire and recall members of the Steering Comitee
• to approve the code of prctice of the Steering Comitee
• to admit reports of the Steering Comitee
• to supervise the implementation of the Project
• to correct activities when occurs danger of incorrect implementation of the tasks listed in the Project
• to pass a resolution with reference to changing, recalling or disbanding the Partnership
• to pass a resolution with reference to broaden the Partnership or exclude one of the Partners

Steering Comitee - consists of six persons chosen from the Forum of Partners. The makeup of the Steering Comitee reflects teritorial range of the Partnership and its sectoral character. Competences of this body are:

• coordination of information exchange between the Forum of Partners and the Administrator of the Project
• execution of resolutions of Forum of Partners in cooperation with the Administrator
• current supervision and analysis of implementation of the Project
• introducing to the Forum of Partners content - related and financial reports
• undertaking actions which aren't mentioned in competences of two other bodies.
