The most important aim of the Partnership is to work out model solutions facilitating improving professional skills, finding job, reintegration to the labour market and reconciliation of profesional and family life for women victims of domestic violence:
→ unemployed,
→ in danger of unemployment,
→ senteced for crime of homicide on their abusive partners.

In adition we intend to popularize the idea of equal opportunities for men and women among employers. Referring to that we plan to promote flexible forms of employment and other solutions facilitating reconciling work and family life.
